2. Our Services
Trentino Short Stay provides an online platform that connects guests with holiday accommodation properties in the Trentino region of Italy. We facilitate the booking process between guests and property owners, manage payments, and provide customer support throughout your stay.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on the Platform include the accommodation cost and any applicable cleaning fees. Tourist tax is additional and will be indicated separately. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By making a booking, you agree to pay the total amount indicated at the time of checkout.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary by property and are displayed on each property listing page. In the event of a cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed according to the specific cancellation policy of the property booked. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure or if a property becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. User Obligations
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information when making a booking; comply with the house rules of the property; treat the property with care and respect; comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during your stay; not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trentino Short Stay acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. While we verify properties and strive to ensure accurate listings, we do not own or manage the properties directly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Trentino Short Stay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
